I started working at Codemill as a summer job in 2015. At the end of the period I was offered a part time position as an Interaction Designer while I continued with my studies. I worked as part of a team developing Codemills own products. Working at Codemill has been a great learning experience having the opportunity to learn from people within the industry.
The IT girl nominations was created and is a collaboration between Microsoft and Universum. Nine girls from across Sweden's IT university programs were selected for the semifinal hosted in Stockholm. The nominations were based on the students commitment and drive to inspire others, especially girls, within IT.
Mentorship program for girls aged between 16 to 19 years of age with an interest to study technology in the future. The initiative’s aim is to promote and encourage more girls to study engineering and computing based university programs.
This is a national, non-profit organisation for women with an interest in IT. It was a great experience and really helped me to develop my leadership and communication skills. It taught me the importance of effective group collaboration but also to trust your own skills and knowledge.
The initiative from IT&Telekomföretagen aimed to increase technology interest among eighth grade
students. I choose to be part of the project as I believe it is
important and relevant to encourage more youth into IT.
